Hi, I’m Tracy.

I’m Tracy Gagne, a real estate agent and team leader with Keys & Co Home Team at LPT Realty, serving Holyoke and communities throughout Western Massachusetts.

I’ve been doing this for more than 20 years, which means there isn’t much in real estate that surprises me anymore. Weird houses, complicated transactions, inspection surprises, deals that need a little creativity... I’ve seen a lot.

But I’ve never believed my job is to talk someone into buying or selling a house.

My job is to help you figure out the right move for you, then make sure you have the information, strategy and straight answers to make it confidently.

Selling is a big part of what I do. I help Western Massachusetts homeowners figure out what’s worth fixing before they list, what isn’t, how to price their home based on what the market is actually doing, and how to market it so the right buyers notice it.

I work with buyers, too, from first homes to next homes and everything in between. And if your next move takes you outside Western Massachusetts, I can help there too. I’ve built relationships with real estate agents across the country and can help connect you with the right person wherever you’re headed.

Real estate is personal. I think the advice should be, too.

Most of my business has been built through referrals and repeat clients, and I don't take that lightly.

People come back because they know I'll tell them what I think, even when the answer isn't necessarily the one they expected.

Sometimes that means sell now.

Sometimes it means don't sell yet.

And sometimes we sit at the kitchen table, look at all the options and realize there's an entirely different solution we hadn't considered yet.

That's the part of real estate I still love after 20+ years.
